HAUS KUNST MITTE | Berlin | Sommerausstellungen 2023: Roxana Halls & To Be - Named

Das HAUS KUNST MITTE, ein neuer Ort für zeitgenössische Kunst, zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Hamburger Bahnhof gelegen, zeigt vom 1. Juli bis zum 1. Oktober 2023 parallel zwei Ausstellungen. Die erste institutionelle Einzelausstellung der britischen, figurativen Malerin Roxana Halls und die Gruppenausstellung To Be – Named mit internationalen Künstler:innenpositionen. Starke feministische Reflektionen auf die Verortung von Frauen in westlichen Gesellschaften treffen auf einen sensiblen, interkontinentalen Diskurs zur identitätsstiftenden Bedeutung von Namen.

HAUS KUNST MITTE | Summer Exhibitions 2023: Roxana Halls & To Be - Named

July 1 - October 1, 2023

HAUS KUNST MITTE, a new venue for contemporary art, located between the main train station and Hamburger Bahnhof, will show two exhibitions at the same time from July 1 to October 1, 2023. The first institutional solo exhibition of the British figurative painter Roxana Halls and the group exhibition To Be - Named with international artists. Strong feminist reflections on the position of women in Western societies meet a sensitive, intercontinental discourse on the identity-forming significance of names.
