Mongolei - Deutschland | Die Post-Nomadische Erfahrung – Kultur, Natur und Nachhaltigkeit

In Künstlerresidenzen in Süddeutschland und der Mongolei arbeiten Künstler:innen aus beiden Ländern gemeinsam an Werken und tauschen sich über Ideen zur Naturerfahrung und Nachhaltigkeit aus - vor dem jeweiligen kulturellen Hintergrund, der die Lebenswirklichkeit und das soziale Gefüge in beiden Ländern bis heute prägt.

Begleitend zeigt die Ausstellung Die Post-Nomadische Erfahrung vom 6. Juli bis 15. Oktober in Mürsbach/Bamberg ausgewählte Kunstwerke zu zentralen Inhalten des Naturverständnisses der nomadischen Kultur der Mongolei. Die Ausstellung im August im Zanabazar Museum in Ulaanbaatar bildet den Abschluss der beiden Art Camps und führt die gesammelten Erfahrungen des deutsch-mongolischen Sommers 2024 zusammen.

Mongolia - Germany | The post-nomadic experience – culture, nature, and sustainability

In art residencies in Germany and Mongolia, artists from both countries will collaborate on works and exchange ideas about the experience of nature and sustainability - against the backdrop of the respective cultural backgrounds that continue to shape the reality of life and the social fabric in both countries today.

The exhibition The Post-Nomadic Experience, from 6 July to 15 October, in Mürsbach/Bamberg, presents selected works of art that convey key aspects of the understanding of nature in Mongolia's nomadic culture. The exhibition in August at the Zanabazar Museum in Ulaanbaatar marks the conclusion of the two art camps and brings together the experiences of the German-Mongolian Summer 2024.
